Doug Riddle has been a driving force in the material handling industry for over 25 years. He is a first-generation college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in education, health, and community wellness from Bowling Green State University. After graduating, he was inspired to pivot his career path by his uncle, a fleet manager, and entered the world of sales at a local forklift dealership.

Doug joined Fleet Team in 2013 as a fleet manager where his work ethic and knack for building and maintaining customer relationships propelled him to being named President in 2020. Since then, he has focused on scaling the business for national growth by establishing brand independence, offering data-driven consultation services, and strategic recommendations.

Ron Hradisky

Ron Hradisky has almost 40 years of experience in the material handling industry and a bachelor’s in business administration from Cleveland State University. Early in Ron’s career, he held various sales roles at a local forklift dealership before taking on a role as a National Account Manager at an original equipment manufacturer.

He joined Fleet Team shortly after in 2006, where he brought on Fleet Team’s largest client to date. Ron became Director of Fleet Management Services in 2021, where he leads multiple teams that oversee client fleet operations, develops executive-level relationships with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and sustains relationships with over 300 suppliers across North America.

Robin Grzeskowiak is a Kent State University alumna with business development, operations, and leadership experience.

In her previous roles, Robin was responsible for end-to-end sales, operations, and business functions to drive strategic expansion of multiple companies. With her growth mindset, Robin has successfully invested in and led two companies to a successful exit. She has been recognized for leadership and outreach in the community throughout her career, most recently as one of the top Smart 50 Business Leaders in Northeast Ohio in 2021 and 2022.

She joined Fleet Team in 2023 as the Director of Business Development where she currently leads a team developing customer relationships and focusing on overall business growth strategy.

As a leader, she emphasizes accountability and using analytical thinking to make informed decisions to drive success. She brings skills and knowledge related to driving growth, strategic planning, leadership, talent development, and management. Her leadership philosophy is to empower the teams she works with to achieve excellence by fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Laura also values well-being as a core aspect of success, prioritizing a positive and supportive environment for those she works with. Laura is passionate about helping create positive change in the community and is honored to serve on the Associate Board of Recovery Resources, a non-profit organization dedicated to mental health wellness and addiction recovery.

Paul LiBassi joined Fleet Team in 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Operations. He is a dynamic, interpersonal leader with a focus on optimizing operational and financial strategy. His daily responsibilities include strategic direction, business process optimization, financial management, contract negotiation, and administrative staff oversight. Paul received his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and started his career as a CPA at a regional public accounting firm before joining Fleet Team. He is actively engaged in the Greater Cleveland community through various non-profit organizations.
