His career began in the construction equipment rental business, where he quickly earned the nickname “sales and operations mechanic” for his ability to lead teams and solve complex challenges with speed and precision.
Since joining Fleet Team in 2025, Robby has made a transformative impact, strengthening our account management team and championing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and client-first thinking. His approach is simple but powerful: seize every opportunity, build strong relationships, and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
