Broadview Heights, Ohio – November 19, 2024 – Fleet Team Inc., a leading fleet management and consulting company, broke ground on its new global headquarters at 5025 E Royalton, Broadview Heights, Ohio, during a groundbreaking ceremony on November 19, 2024.
Fleet Team partnered with Jobs Ohio and received the Ohio Revitalization Grant to build the new 40,000-square-foot headquarters, bringing 91 jobs to the Northeast Ohio region.
The groundbreaking ceremony signaled the official start of construction for the Global Headquarters in Broadview Heights. Once built, the new building will hold approximately 146 employees, retaining and attracting top talent in Northeast Ohio in a modern workspace—collaborative office spaces and outdoor community spaces such as a patio and nature paths in partnership with Cleveland Metroparks.
Fleet Team currently rents office space at 6155 Rockside Road, Independence, OH, 44131, occupying two suites in the building. With unprecedented growth in the past few years, the company has outgrown its current facility. The new location provides highway visibility and easy road and interstate access.
President of Fleet Team Doug Riddle has worked on this project for the past two years.

The new space will allow the company to serve its global client base, along with additional campus land for future growth.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
