Celebrating Ron Hradisky’s Retirement!

After nearly 40 years in the material handling industry, Ron Hradisky, Director of Client Experience, is officially retiring.

In 2006, he joined Fleet Team as a Fleet Manager. Later he was elevated to Director of Client Experience. As Director of Client Experience, Ron led the CX teams in managing strategic accounts, bringing in our largest client to date, and helping shape how we approach partnerships today.

Ron’s career has been defined by his ability to embrace new challenges and move forward with purpose. He’s built trust across departments, guided teams through complex client operations, and led with insight, integrity, and a deep understanding of what makes relationships work.

When asked what he enjoyed most, Ron shared that it was the opportunity to grow into new roles and tackle fresh challenges. His most difficult experiences taught him patience and persistence, especially when working with large Fleet Team customers, where listening and measured responses were key to success.

Ron’s advice to those just starting out? “Keep your ears open. In our business, things will always take unexpected turns. The client is looking for you to provide a solution. Their frustration is not directed at you—it’s not personal, it’s business. Give them a well-thought-out solution and be confident. Even if the answer isn’t exactly what they want, they’ll respect you.”

As Ron steps into retirement, he looks forward to traveling with his wife, Chris, who is already retired. While he says there are “way too many” memorable stories to choose from, his legacy will live on in the relationships he built and the impact he made.

Ron, thank you for your decades of dedication, leadership, and heart. You’ll be missed!
